RETURNS
We're here to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely delighted with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receiving your item.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet specific criteria:
- Non-Food Items: The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and with all tags attached.
- Tea, Herb, and Food Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for tea, herb, and food-related items due to safety and hygiene reasons.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Upon approval of your return request, we'll provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll assess the situation and work to make it right promptly.
Exchanges
For a quicker resolution, you can choose to return the item and then proceed to purchase the desired product separately.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary and impact the time it takes for the refund to be reflected.
